Abstract

New decaprenylamines and the acid addition salts thereof, useful for controlling virus infections in animals, are described.

What we claim is: 
     
       1. A compound selected from the group consisting of ##STR23## wherein n represents an integer of 0-2, R 1  represents hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or decaprenyl group, and R 2  represents a pyridyl group, and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. 
     
     
       2. 3-Decaprenylaminomethylpyridine. 
     
     
       3. 2-Decaprenylaminoethylpyridine.
