A process for augmenting or enhancing the aroma of a solid or liquid anionic, cationic, nonionic or zwitterionic detergent comprising the step of intimately admixing with said solid or liquid anionic cationic, nonionic or zwitterionic detergent an aroma augmenting or enhancing quantity of at least one compound having a structure selected from the group consisting of: ##STR85##

A process for augmenting or enhancing the aroma of a fabric softener composition or dryer-added fabric softener article comprising the step of intimately admixing with said fabric softener composition or dryer-added fabric softener article an aroma augmenting or enhancing quantity of at least one compound having a structure selected from the group consisting of: ##STR86##
