Rose plant--Meirobidor variety

Abstract

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided which is particularly suited for forcing in greenhouses to produce in a relatively rapid flower cycle long lasting highly attractive yellow flowers. The cut buds of the new variety open consistently and uniformly when placed in water. Also, the new variety exhibits above-average resistance to diseases which commonly afflict yellow-flowering roses.

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant which is particularly suited for forcing in greenhouses, substantially as illustrated and described, characterized by an erect growth habit, the abundant formation of attractive long lasting and relatively non-fading yellow flowers in a rapid flower cycle, the ability of the cut buds to open consistently and uniformly, and above-average resistance to diseases which commonly afflict yellow-flowering roses.
