Abstract
A reducible support system for supporting various items is presented in various embodiments. A reducible support structure, may comprise an operation element which may be attached to an orthogonal element. Limbs, preferably a tripod may be attached to the operation element and a plug element may provide a slide so that the limbs or tripod may open and collapse easily.

6. A reducible support structure comprising:
a. an orthogonal element having a longitudinal axis;
b. an operation element responsive to said orthogonal element;
c. a limb off-axis responsive to said operation element;
d. a dynamic connection to which said limb is responsive having a relative movement juncture;
e. a shield over at least a portion of said relative movement juncture; and
f. a spring latch to which said operation element bias release is responsive.
7. A reducible support structure comprising:
a. an orthogonal element having a longitudinal axis;
b. an operation element responsive to said orthogonal element;
c. a limb off-axis responsive to said operation element;
d. a dynamic connection to which said limb is responsive having a relative movement juncture;
e. a shield over at least a portion of said relative movement juncture; and
f. a plug element connected to an end of said orthogonal element.
8. A reducible support structure of claim 7 wherein said plug element comprises at least one arm.
9. A reducible support structure of claim 8 wherein said arm comprises at least one internal limb fitting.
10. A reducible support structure of claim 9 wherein said at least one internal limb fitting comprises at least one spur located at an end of said arm.
11. A reducible support structure of claim 7 further comprising a pivot element to which said limb is responsive.
12. A reducible support structure of claim 11 wherein said pivot element comprises an off-center pivot element to which said limb is responsive.
