       (iii) homopolymerx or copolymers comprising units having the formula:

       wherein R 31  is the moiety hydrogen, C 1 -C 10  linear or branched alkyl, —OR′ wherein R′ is C 1 -C 20  linear or branched alkyl, —OH, —COOM, —SO 3 M, —Cl, —Br, —NO 2 , and mixtures thereof; wherein M is hydrogen or a metal; each R 32  is independently hydrogen, C 1 -C 10  linear or branched alkyl, —OR′ wherein R′ is C 1 -C 20  linear or branched alkyl, —COOM, —SO 3 M, —Cl, —Br, —NO 2 , and mixtures thereof; R 1  and R 2  are each independently selected from —C(R 31 ) 2 —, —CO—, —C(O)O—, —C(O)NH—, —O—, —N + (R 31 ) 2 —;
 (iv) and mixtures thereof.

       2. A composition according to claim 1 comprising from 0.25% to 8% by weight, of said oxidising agent.

       3. A composition according to claim 2 comprising from 0.5% to 6% by weight, of said oxidising agent.

       4. A composition according to claim 1 comprising from 0.01% to 8% by weight, of said scavenger.

       5. A composition according to claim 4 comprising from 0.1% to 6% by weight, of said scavenger.
