Abstract

Compositions and methods for the therapy and diagnosis of cancer, particularly breast cancer, are disclosed. Illustrative compositions comprise one or more breast tumor polypeptides, immunogenic portions thereof, polynucleotides that encode such polypeptides, antigen presenting cell that expresses such polypeptides, and T cells that are specific for cells expressing such polypeptides. The disclosed compositions are useful, for example, in the diagnosis, prevention and/or treatment of diseases, particularly breast cancer.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1. An isolated polynucleotide comprising a sequence selected from the group consisting of:
 (a) the sequence provided in SEQ ID NO:467;
 (b) the complement of the full-length sequence provided in SEQ ID NO:467;
 (c) a variant of the sequence provided in SEQ ID NO: 467, wherein said variant is a degenerate variant of SEQ ID NO: 467 which differs from SEQ ID No: 467 only by codon usage, and which encodes the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 473.

       2. An expression vector comprising the isolated polynucleotide of claim 1 operably linked to an expression control sequence.

       3. An isolated host cell transformed or transfected with the expression vector according to claim 2 .

       4. A composition comprising a physiologically acceptable carrier and the polynucleotide according to claim 1 .
