Abstract

A work data management system is provided with terminals through which to input work data, a database, and a server. The terminals, the database, and the server are connected to a network. The server is provided with a Web server and a Web application. The database is divided into a plurality of masters. The Web application checks whether data that has been input through one of the terminals agrees with corresponding data stored in the database, and stores the input data in the database if it is acknowledged.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1. A work data management system comprising:
 a terminal through which to input a work data;
 a database comprising a work data list master storing the work data for which an approval authority processing manipulation has been completed and a work management section master storing data for which an end-of-month processing manipulation has been completed, data for which an end-of-month approval authority processing manipulation has been completed, data for which a general affairs department end-of-month approval authority processing manipulation has been completed, and data for which a final protection processing manipulation has been completed; and
 a server comprising a Web server and a Web application,
 wherein the terminal, the database, and the Web server are connected to a network, and
 wherein the Web application checks whether data input through the terminal agrees with corresponding data stored in the work data list master, and stores the input data in the work data list master if the input data is acknowledged.

     2. The work data management system according to claim 1 , wherein the work data is input through a personal computer having a Web browser.

     3. The work data management system according to claim 1 , wherein the network is at least one of a local area network and a wide area network.

     4. The work data management system according to claim 1 , wherein an employee can input or refer to the work data or an application item data through any of the terminal as long as the terminal is connected to the network.

     5. A work data management system comprising:
 a terminal through which to input a work data;
 a database comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of an employee data master, a substitute attendance master, a unit/group master, a job master, a work data list master storing the work data for which an approval authority processing manipulation has been completed, a work management section master storing data for which an end-of-month processing manipulation has been completed, data for which an end-of-month approval authority processing manipulation has been completed, data for which a general affairs department end-of-month approval authority processing manipulation has been completed, and data for which a final protection processing manipulation has been completed, a paid holiday master, and a company holiday master; and
 a server comprising a Web server and a Web application,
 wherein the terminal, the database, and the Web server are connected to a network, and
 wherein the Web application checks whether data input through the terminal agrees with corresponding data stored in the work data list master, and stores the input data in the work data list master if the input data is acknowledged.

     6. The work data management system according to claim 5 , wherein the work data is input through a personal computer having a Web browser.

     7. The work data management system according to claim 5 , wherein the network is at least one of a local area network and a wide area network.

     8. The work data management system according to claim 5 , wherein an employee can input or refer to the work data or an application item data through any of the terminal as long as the terminal is connected to the network.

     9. A work data management system comprising:
 a terminal through which to input a work data;
 a database comprising an employee data master, a substitute attendance master, a unit/group master, a job master, a work data list master storing data for which an approval authority processing manipulation has been completed, a work management section master storing data for which an end-of-month processing manipulation has been completed, data for which an end-of-month approval authority processing manipulation has been completed, data for which a general affairs department end-of-month approval authority processing manipulation has been completed, and data for which a final protection processing manipulation has been completed, a paid holiday master, and a company holiday master; and
 a server comprising a Web server and a Web application,
 wherein the terminal, the database, and the Web server are connected to a network, and
 wherein the Web application checks whether data input through the terminal agrees with corresponding data stored in the work data list master, and stores the input data in the work data list master if the input data is acknowledged.

     10. The work data management system according to claim 9 , wherein the work data is input through a personal computer having a Web browser.

     11. The work data management system according to claim 9 , wherein the network is at least one of a local area network and a wide area network.

     12. The work data management system according to claim 9 , wherein an employee can input or refer to the work data or an application item data through any of the terminal as long as the terminal is connected to the network.
