Abstract
The present invention is directed to compositions of matter useful for the diagnosis and treatment of tumor in mammals and to methods of using those compositions of matter for the same.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1. An isolated polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 95% amino acid sequence identity to:
(a) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide shown in FIG. 2 (SEQ ID NO:2),
(b) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide shown in FIG. 2 (SEQ ID NO:2), lacking its associated signal peptide,
(c) the amino acid sequence of the full-length polypeptide encoded by the cDNA deposited under ATCC Accession No. 203127, or
(d) the amino acid sequence of the full-length polypeptide encoded by the cDNA deposited under ATCC Accession No. 203127, lacking its associated signal peptide;
wherein said isolated polypeptide can be used to generate an antibody which can be used to specifically detect the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:2 in breast tissue samples.
2. A chimeric molecule comprising a polypeptide according to claim 1 fused to a heterologous amino acid sequence.
3. The chimeric molecule of claim 2 , wherein said heterologous amino acid sequence is an epitope tag sequence.
4. The chimeric molecule of claim 2 , wherein said heterologous amino acid sequence is an Fc region of an immunoglobulin.
5. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 99% amino acid sequence identity to:
(a) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide shown in FIG. 2 (SEQ ID NO:2),
(b) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide shown in FIG. 2 (SEQ ID NO:2), lacking its associated signal peptide,
(c) the amino acid sequence of the full-length polypeptide encoded by the cDNA deposited under ATCC Accession No. 203127, or
(d) the amino acid sequence of the full-length polypeptide encoded by the cDNA deposited under ATCC Accession No. 203127, lacking its associated signal peptide.
6. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 comprising:
7. The isolated polypeptide of claim 6 comprising the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide shown in FIG. 2 (SEQ ID NO:2).
8. The isolated polypeptide of claim 6 comprising the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide shown in FIG. 2 (SEQ ID NO:2), lacking its associated signal peptide.
9. The isolated polypeptide of claim 6 comprising the amino acid sequence of the full-length polypeptide encoded by the cDNA deposited under ATCC Accession No. 203127.
10. The isolated polypeptide of claim 6 comprising the amino acid sequence of the full-length polypeptide encoded by the cDNA deposited under ATCC Accession No. 203127, lacking its associated signal peptide.Cited by (0)
