Loxoprofen derivative and pharmaceutical preparation containing the same

Abstract

There is provided a novel loxoprofen derivative that has no side effect such as a gastrointestinal disorder and also has excellent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and is represented by the following formula (I) or (II): (wherein R 1 and R 2 each represent a halogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. In the derivative, the halogen atom is selected from a chlorine atom, a bromine atom, a fluorine atom, and an iodine atom, and a substituent of the substituted phenyl group is a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl group, a lower alkylthio group, a lower alkoxy group, a nitro group, an amino group, or a carboxyl group.

The invention claimed is: 
     
       1. A loxoprofen derivative represented by the following formula (I) or (II): 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
         wherein R 1  and R 2  each represent a halogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. 
       
     
     
       2. The loxoprofen derivative or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof according to  claim 1 , wherein the halogen atom represented by R 1  and R 2  in the formulae (I) and (II) is selected from a chlorine atom, a bromine atom, a fluorine atom, and an iodine atom. 
     
     
       3. The loxoprofen derivative or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof according to  claim 1 , wherein a substituent of the substituted phenyl group represented by R 1  in the formula (I) is a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl group, a lower alkylthio group, a lower alkoxy group, a nitro group, an amino group, or a carboxyl group. 
     
     
       4. The loxoprofen derivative or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof according to  claim 1 , wherein a substituent of the substituted phenyl group represented by R 2  in the formula (II) is a halogen atom or a substituted lower alkyl group. 
     
     
       5. A pharmaceutical preparation, comprising the loxoprofen derivative represented by the formula (I) or (II) or the pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof according to  claim 1  as an active ingredient. 
     
     
       6. A pharmaceutical preparation, comprising the loxoprofen derivative or the pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof according to  claim 2  as an active ingredient.
