Abstract
The present invention is directed to compounds of Formula I: or salt thereof, which are modulators of the glucocorticoid receptor. The compounds and salts of the invention are useful in the treatment of conditions mediated by glucocorticoid receptor activity.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWe claim:
1. A method of treating a gastrointestinal disorder mediated by glucocorticoid receptor activity in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject a compound of formula I:
wherein R 1 is —H or —P(O)(OH) 2 ;
or a salt thereof.
2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the gastrointestinal disorder is Crohn's disease.
3. A method of treating a rheumatic disorder mediated by glucocorticoid receptor activity in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject a compound of formula I:
wherein R 1 is —H or —P(O)(OH) 2 ;
or a salt thereof.
4. A method of treating dermatitis mediated by glucocorticoid receptor activity in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject a compound of formula I:
wherein R 1 is —H or —P(O)(OH) 2 ;
or a salt thereof.
5. The method of claim 4 , wherein the dermatitis is atopic dermatitis.
6. A method of treating collagen disease mediated by glucocorticoid receptor activity in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject a compound of formula I:
wherein R 1 is —H or —P(O)(OH) 2 ;
or a salt thereof.
7. The method of claim 6 , wherein the collagen disease is systemic lupus erythematosus.
8. A method of treating obstructive or inflammatory airways disease mediated by glucocorticoid receptor activity in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject a compound of formula I:
wherein R 1 is —H or —P(O)(OH) 2 ;
or a salt thereof.
9. The method of claim 8 , wherein the obstructive or inflammatory airways disease is chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Cited by (0)
