Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

       1. A compound of formula (IV), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

         wherein
 X 1  is NH;

         X 2  is O;
         X 3  is NH;
         R 1  is —H;
         R 2  is —C(O)R 5 ; and
         R 5  is —C2-C22 alkenyl.

       2. The compound of  claim 1 , wherein R 5  is —C16-C22 alkenyl.

       3. A compound that is

       or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

       4. A method for treating colon cancer comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of the compound as recited in claim 3 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

       5. A method of inhibiting colon cancer tumor growth, inhibiting colon cancer tumor cell proliferation, or reducing colon cancer tumor growth, in vitro or in vivo, comprising contacting said tumor with an effective amount of at least one compound as recited in claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

       6. A method of inhibiting colon cancer tumor growth, inhibiting colon cancer tumor cell proliferation, or reducing colon cancer tumor growth, in vitro or in vivo, comprising contacting said tumor with an effective amount of the compound as recited in claim 3 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
