A distinct cultivar of Chrysanthemum plant named ‘Yomarcelle’, characterized by its uniform, outwardly spreading and compact plant habit; freely branching growth habit; small dark green foliage; uniform and freely flowering habit; very early flowering, six-week response time; small daisy-type inflorescences that are about 2.7 cm in diameter; purple-colored ray florets with white bases and bright yellow-colored disc florets; and good postproduction longevity with plants maintaining good substance and color for more than four weeks in an interior environment.
