Abstract

A new and distinct Dahlia plant named ‘Balnovrese’, characterized by its yellow inflorescences with red accents and vigorous upright mounded growth habit is provided.

       1. A new and distinct cultivar of Dahlia plant named ‘Balnovrese’ substantially as herein shown and described, which: 
       (a) forms double inflorescences with yellow ray florets with red accents;
