A new and distinct cultivar of New Guinea Impatiens plant named ‘Fisnics Scarlet’, characterized by its outwardly spreading and uniformly mounded plant habit; medium growth habit; freely branching and freely flowering habit; medium green-colored foliage; and large, rounded and bright red-colored flowers that are positioned above and beyond the foliage.
