       1. A new and distinct cultivar of  Impatiens  plant named ‘Balfusradn’ substantially, as herein shown and described, which: 
       1. Exhibits single, cupped, light orange-colored flowers,  
       2. Forms medium green-colored foliage,  
       3. Exhibits a good basal branching character, and  
       4. Exhibits an upright and mounded growth habit.
