A new cultivar of Impatiens plant named ‘Tamar Purple Bicolor’ that is characterized by a large quantity of flowers, flowers that have a large size and red-purple flowers with a dark central band. In combination, these traits set ‘Tamar Purple Bicolor’ apart from all other existing varieties of Impatiens known to the inventor.
