Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of Salvia plant named ‘Balyricsil’, characterized by its deep violet-blue and light violet bicolored flowers, green and light burgundy colored bracts, medium green-colored foliage, and moderately vigorous, mounded growth habit, is disclosed.
