A new and distinct cultivar of Kalanchoe plant named ‘Fikalrudak’, characterized by its compact, upright and uniformly mounded plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching plant habit; glossy dark green-colored leaves; uniform, early and freely flowering habit; bright pink-colored flowers; and excellent postproduction longevity.
