Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of Hydrangea plant named ‘Keiko’, characterized by its double-type, modified lacecap inflorescences, having light pink-colored sterile florets with a darker pink picotee color pattern, dark green-colored foliage, and moderately vigorous, compact-upright growth habit, is disclosed.
