A new and distinct cultivar of Caladium plant named ‘UF-15-30’, characterized by its compact, dense growth habit; numerous heart-shaped, undulate leaves that have a red purple center, red purple midrib, red purple primary veins, and a green margin; strong tolerance to sunburns; and absence of inflorescence or bloom production.
