Claims

Abstract

Embodiments provide a light emitting device package including a package body having a through-hole; a radiator disposed in the through-hole and including an alloy layer having Cu; and a light emitting device disposed on the radiator, wherein the alloy layer includes at least one of W or Mo, and wherein the package body includes cavity including a sidewall and a bottom surface, and wherein the through-hole is formed in the bottom surface.

What is claimed is: 
     
       1. A light emitting device package comprising:
 a package body;   at least one light emitting device on the package body; and   at least one pad electrode electrically connected to the at least one light emitting device,   wherein the at least one pad electrode comprises a center pad portion adjacent to an edge of the at least one light emitting device, a first pad portion extended from the center pad portion in a first direction, a second pad portion extended from the center pad portion in a second direction, and the center pad portion is disposed between the first pad portion and the second pad portion, and   wherein the center pad portion comprises a rounded recess portion adjacent to the edge of the at least one light emitting device.   
     
     
       2. The light emitting device package according to  claim 1 , wherein a width of the first pad portion is different from a width of the second pad portion. 
     
     
       3. The light emitting device package according to  claim 1 , wherein the first direction of the first pad portion is vertical to the second direction of the second pad portion. 
     
     
       4. The light emitting device package according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one light emitting device comprises four light emitting devices, and
 wherein the at least one pad electrode comprises the first pad electrode, the second pad electrode, a third pad electrode, and a fourth pad electrode at one side of the four light emitting device.   
     
     
       5. The light emitting device package according to  claim 4 , wherein a first distance between the first pad electrode and the second pad electrode is same as a second distance between the third pad electrode and the fourth pad electrode. 
     
     
       6. The light emitting device package according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one pad electrode comprises the first pad electrode, the second pad electrode, and a zener diode bonding portion therebetween. 
     
     
       7. The light emitting device package according to  claim 6 , wherein a width of the first pad electrode is same as a width of zener diode bonding portion. 
     
     
       8. The light emitting device package according to  claim 1 , wherein the center pad portion comprises a center protrusion at a corner thereof. 
     
     
       9. A light emitting device package comprising:
 a first electrode pattern;   a light emitting device on the first electrode pattern;   a second-first electrode pattern spaced apart from the first electrode pattern in a first direction; and   a second-second electrode pattern spaced apart from the first electrode pattern in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction,   wherein the first electrode pattern has a first width in the first direction in a central region where the light emitting device is disposed,   wherein the first electrode pattern has a second width in the first direction in a peripheral region where the light emitting device is not disposed,   wherein the first width is greater than the second width,   wherein the first electrode pattern has a third width in the second direction in the central region where the light emitting device is disposed,   wherein the first electrode pattern has a fourth width in the second direction in the peripheral region where the light emitting device is not disposed,   wherein the third width is greater than the fourth width,   wherein the second-first electrode pattern includes a plurality of regions having different widths in the first direction,   wherein a second-first region having a minimum width in the first direction of the second-first electrode pattern is overlapped in the first direction with a first-first region having the first width in the first electrode pattern,   wherein the second-second electrode pattern includes a plurality of regions having different widths in the second direction, and   wherein a second-second region having a maximum width in the second direction of the second-second electrode pattern is overlapped in the second direction with a first-second region having the third width in the first electrode pattern.   
     
     
       10. A light emitting device package comprising:
 a first electrode pattern;   a light emitting device on the first electrode pattern;   a second-first electrode pattern spaced apart from the first electrode pattern in a first direction; and   a second-second electrode pattern spaced apart from the first electrode pattern in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction,   wherein the first electrode pattern has a first width in the first direction in a central region where the light emitting device is disposed,   wherein the first electrode pattern has a second width in the first direction in a peripheral region where the light emitting device is not disposed,   wherein the first width is greater than the second width,   wherein the first electrode pattern has a third width in the second direction in the central region where the light emitting devices is disposed,   wherein the first electrode pattern has a fourth width in the second direction in the peripheral region where the light emitting device is not disposed,   wherein the third width is greater than the fourth width,   wherein the second-first electrode pattern includes a plurality of regions having different widths in the first direction, and   wherein the second width of the first electrode pattern in the first direction is greater than a width of the second-first electrode pattern in the first direction.   
     
     
       11. The light emitting device package according to claim 9, wherein the fourth width of the first electrode pattern in the second direction is greater than a width of the second-second electrode pattern in the second direction. 
     
     
       12. The light emitting device package according to claim 9, wherein the first electrode pattern comprises a plurality of first electrode patterns and each of the first electrode patterns has same shape. 
     
     
       13. The light emitting device package according to claim 12, comprising
 a second-fourth, a second-fifth, a second-eight electrode patterns spaced apart from the first electrode pattern in the first direction, and   a second-third, a second-sixth, a second-seventh electrode patterns spaced apart from the first electrode pattern in the second direction,   wherein at least one pair of the second-first electrode pattern and the second-eight electrode pattern, the second-second electrode pattern and the second-third electrode pattern, the second-fourth electrode pattern and the second-fifth electrode pattern, the second-sixth electrode pattern and the second-seventh electrode pattern is mutually line-symmetrical each other.   
     
     
       14. The light emitting device package according to claim 13, wherein the at least one pair of the second-first electrode pattern and the second-second electrode pattern, the second-third electrode pattern and the second-fourth electrode pattern, the second-fifth electrode pattern and the second-sixth electrode pattern, the second-seventh electrode pattern and the second-eight electrode pattern is formed integrally with each other. 
     
     
       15. The light emitting device package according to claim 14, wherein at least two of the plurality of first electrode patterns are line-symmetrical. 
     
     
       16. The light emitting device package according to claim 14, comprising a third electrode pattern respectively disposed between the second-first electrode pattern and the second-eight electrode pattern and between the second-fourth electrode pattern and the second-fifth electrode pattern, and
 wherein each of the third electrode pattern is overlapped with each other in the first direction.   
     
     
       17. The light emitting device package according to claim 16, wherein the second-first electrode pattern and the second-eight electrode pattern, the second-fourth electrode pattern and the second-fifth electrode pattern are symmetrical based on one of the third electrode patterns. 
     
     
       18. The light emitting device package according to claim 17, comprising a protection device disposed on any one of the third electrode patterns. 
     
     
       19. The light emitting device package according to claim 18, wherein the protection device comprises a Zener diode. 
     
     
       20. The light emitting device package according to claim 16, comprising a fourth electrode pattern respectively disposed between the second-second electrode pattern and the second-third electrode pattern and between the second-sixth electrode pattern and the second-seventh electrode pattern, and
 wherein each of the fourth electrode pattern is overlapped with each other in the first direction.   
     
     
       21. The light emitting device package according to claim 20, wherein the second-second electrode pattern and the second-third electrode pattern, the second-sixth electrode pattern and the second-seventh electrode pattern are symmetrical based on one of the fourth electrode patterns. 
     
     
       22. The light emitting device package according to claim 21, wherein one of the fourth electrode patterns is electrically connected to at least one of the plurality of first electrode patterns. 
     
     
       23. The light emitting device package according to claim 21, wherein one of the fourth electrode patterns is formed integrally with one of the plurality of first electrode patterns. 
     
     
       24. The light emitting device package according to claim 23, wherein the second-first electrode pattern has a plurality of regions having different horizontal widths in the first direction,
 wherein the second-second electrode pattern has a plurality of regions having different horizontal widths in the second direction,   wherein one of horizontal widths in the first direction of the second-first electrode pattern is greater than one of horizontal widths in the second direction of the second-second electrode pattern.   
     
     
       25. The light emitting device package according to claim 24, wherein one of horizontal widths in the second direction of the second-second electrode pattern is greater than one of horizontal widths in the first direction of the second-first electrode pattern. 
     
     
       26. A lighting device comprising the light emitting device package of claim 9.
