Abstract

A liquid extruding device comprises a base with a hollow portion, the wall of which is provided with positioning structure, the side and bottom of the base go through to an inlet end and an outlet end, respectively; a soft washer, which is held inside of the hollow portion and peripherally provided with positioning devices, has a oval through hole with a gyroidal groove; an extruding stick, which has a central post with an oval cross-section, goes through the soft washer such that the central post can interferentially operate with the hole, and that the other end of the extruding stick will be engaged and combined with the axis of the motor. Accordingly, rotation of the central post of the extruding stick inside the hole of the soft washer will result in gaps which exchange position with one another and move in one direction to match up the gyroidal groove of the hole, thereby forming a pump effect to drive liquid.

1 . A liquid extruding device, comprising: 
 a base, which has a hollow portion provided with positioning grooves around the wall, an inlet end at one side going through the hollow portion, and an outlet end at another side going through the hollow portion;    a soft washer, which is provided inside of the hollow portion of the base, surrounded by positioning ribs corresponding to the positioning grooves, and interiorly provided with a hole having a threaded surface and going through the inlet and outlet ends;    an extruding stick, one end of which has a non-circle central post, interferentially cooperating with the hole, for inserting into the hole of the soft washer, while the other end of the extruding stick has an engaging hole for connectedly receiving the axis of the motor.    
     
     
         2 . The liquid extruding device accordingly to  claim 1 , wherein retaining holes are provided surround the open end of the hollow portion of the base.  
     
     
         3 . The liquid extruding device accordingly to  claim 1 , wherein the hole inside the soft washer has an oval cross-section and is gyroidally extended from one end of the soft washer through to the other end.  
     
     
         4 . The liquid extruding device accordingly to  claim 1 , wherein the positioning grooves provided on the wall of the hollow portion are corresponding to the positioning ribs provided around the soft washer, both of which sharing a circle, such that the force generated by the firm engagement thereof can be evenly born.  
     
     
         5 . The liquid extruding device accordingly to  claim 4 , wherein the positioning grooves provided on the wall of the hollow portion and the positioning ribs provided around the soft washer are replaceable by matching non-smooth walls.  
     
     
         6 . The liquid extruding device accordingly to  claim 1 , wherein the non-circle central post of the extruding stick has an oval cross-section.  
     
     
         7 . The liquid extruding device accordingly to  claim 1 , wherein the periphery of the non-circle central post of the extruding stick is greater than the diameter of the hole of the soft washer such that the tolerance of their interferential cooperation is 0.2 mm.  
     
     
         8 . The liquid extruding device accordingly to  claim 1 , wherein a spacer is provided between the extruding stick and the motor.  
     
     
         9 . The liquid extruding device accordingly to  claim 8 , wherein an O-ring is further provided between the spacer and the extruding stick.
