Abstract

The main object of the present invention is to provide an InSb nanoparticle to be dispersed independently, InSb nanoparticle dispersion and a method for producing an InSb nanoparticle. The object of the present invention is achieved by providing an InSb nanoparticle having an average particle size in a range of 2 nm to 200 nm, capable of being dispersed and to be dispersed independently in a dispersion medium.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A method for producing an InSb nanoparticle, wherein an InSb nanoparticle is produced by a hot soap method, and wherein antimony alkoxide is used as a precursor of Sb.

2 . The method for producing an InSb nanoparticle according to claim 1 , wherein at least one organic compound selected from a group consisting of amino alkanes, higher fatty acids, and higher alcohols is used in the hot soap method.

3 . The method for producing an InSb nanoparticle according to claim 1 , wherein the higher alcohols having one or more residues of a long chain alkyl group and two or more residues of a hydroxyl group in one molecule are used in the hot soap method.

4 . The method for producing an InSb nanoparticle according to claim 2 , wherein the higher alcohols having one or more residues of a long chain alkyl group and two or more residues of hydroxyl group in one molecule are used in the hot soap method.
