Abstract

The invention provides a mold of paper pulp and paper pulp articles shaped by the mold, where the mold of the paper pulp is made up of top mold body and bottom mold body. A space appears as both bodies are combined together, where the top and bottom bodies have corresponding protrusions and hollows respectively. Each has a plurality of through holes, which are set at the surfaces and the lateral sides of the top and bottom mold bodies for accommodating pulp flowing in and pulp pumping pipes plugging in and further for the shaft to hold the mold for rotation, which helps in lifting the average covering in the space encircled by the top and bottom mold bodies, to shape solid paper pulp articles.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A mold of paper pulp, comprising: a top mold body and a bottom mold body, where the top and bottom bodies correspond to convex structures and concave structures respectively, and a hollow being encircled by the top body and the bottom body, while through holes are set up at corresponding locations of the surfaces of the top and bottom bodies, providing pulp for flowing in and providing pumping pipes for inserting in as the mold being soaked in the pulp, where the pumping pipes absorb the pulp to uniformly spread in the hollow encircled by the top and bottom bodies, so as to mold solid paper products.

2 . The paper pulp mold as in claim 1 , wherein the lateral sides of the combined mold by the top and bottom mold bodies have holes which provide pulp for flowing in and pulp pumping pipes for inserting in.

3 . The paper pulp mold as in claim 1 or 2 , wherein the combined mold of the top and bottom mold bodies allows control shafts to pierce into its corresponding holes for better holding, and to rotate in the pulp.

4 . A paper pulp article being molded by the paper pulp mold, where the mold for the paper pulp article comprises a top mold body and a bottom mold body, which correspond to convex structures and concave structures respectively, and a hollow being encircled by the top body and the bottom body, while through holes are set up at corresponding locations of the surfaces of the top and bottom bodies, offering the pulp for flowing in and offering pumping pipes for inserting in as the mold being soaked in the pulp, where the pumping pipes absorb the pulp to uniformly spread in the hollow encircled by the top and bottom bodies, so as to shape solid paper products by the mold.

5 . The paper pulp article molded by the paper pulp mold as in claim 4 , wherein the lateral sides of the combined mold by the top and bottom mold bodies have holes which provide the pulp for flowing in and pulp pumping pipes for inserting in.

6 . The paper pulp article molded by the paper pulp mold as in claim 4 or 5 , wherein the combined mold of the top and bottom mold bodies allows control shafts in piercing into its corresponding holes for better holding, and for rotating in the pulp.
