Abstract
A laminated-type metal gasket material plate includes a metal plate having two sides, a rubber layer, a layer of a surface preparation agent free from hexavalent chromium, and an adhesive layer. The layer of the surface preparation agent is coated on at least one side of the plate. The adhesive layer attaches the rubber layer and is provided on the layer of the surface preparation agent. Both the adhesive layer and the rubber layer contain a rust-resistant pigment.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A laminated-type metal gasket material plate, comprising:
a metal plate having two sides; a rubber layer; a layer of a surface preparation agent free from hexavalent chromium, the layer being coated on at least one side of the plate; and an adhesive layer attaching the rubber layer and provided on the layer of the surface preparation agent, wherein both the adhesive layer and the rubber layer contain a rust-resistant pigment.
2 . The plate according to claim 1 , wherein the layer of the surface preparation agent includes trivalent chromium.
3 . The plate according to claim 1 , further comprising a top coat layer over the rubber layer.
4 . The plate according to claim 2 , wherein the top coat layer is provided over the rubber layer.
5 . The plate according to claim 1 , wherein the metal plate is formed of a material selected from at least one of a stainless steel plate, a cold-rolled steel, a galvanized steel plate, and an aluminum base alloy plate.
6 . The plate according to claim 2 , wherein the metal plate is formed of a material selected from at least one of a stainless steel plate, a cold-rolled steel, a galvanized steel plate, and an aluminum base alloy plate.
7 . The plate according to claim 1 , wherein:
the adhesive layer is formed of an adhesive agent selected from one of:
a phenol resin-based adhesive agent; and
a phenol resin and epoxy resin mixed-based adhesive agent; and
the adhesive agent includes at least one of phenol modified epoxy resin, novolac type phenol resin, and resole type phenol resin.
8 . The plate according to claim 2 , wherein:
the adhesive layer is formed of an adhesive agent selected from one of:
a phenol resin-based adhesive agent; and
a phenol resin and epoxy resin mixed-based adhesive agent; and
the adhesive agent includes at least one of phenol modified epoxy resin, novolac type phenol resin, and resole type phenol resin.
9 . The plate according to claim 4 , wherein:
the adhesive layer is formed of an adhesive agent selected from one of:
a phenol resin-based adhesive agent; and
a phenol resin and epoxy resin mixed-based adhesive agent; and
the adhesive agent includes at least one of phenol modified epoxy resin, novolac type phenol resin, and resole type phenol resin.
10 . The plate according to claim 1 , wherein the adhesive layer is formed of one of:
an adhesive agent including unvulcanized nitrile rubber; and an adhesive agent rubber solution in which unvulcanized nitrile rubber is dissolved in a solvent.
11 . The plate according to claim 2 , wherein the adhesive layer is formed of one of:
an adhesive agent including unvulcanized nitrile rubber; and an adhesive agent rubber solution in which unvulcanized nitrile rubber is dissolved in a solvent.
12 . The plate according to claim 1 , wherein the rubber layer is of a rubber compound including at least one of:
synthetic rubber selected from at least one of nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, fluoro rubber, acrylic rubber, and silicone rubber; natural rubber; and a rubber material mixture of the synthetic rubber and the natural rubber.
13 . The plate according to claim 2 , wherein the rubber layer is of a rubber compound including at least one of:
synthetic rubber selected from at least one of nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, fluoro rubber, acrylic rubber, and silicone rubber; natural rubber; and a rubber material mixture of the synthetic rubber and the natural rubber.
14 . The plate according to claim 11 , wherein the rubber layer is of a rubber compound including at least one of:
synthetic rubber selected from at least one of nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, fluoro rubber, acrylic rubber, and silicone rubber; natural rubber; and a rubber material mixture of the synthetic rubber and the natural rubber.
15 . The plate according to claim 1 , wherein the rust-resistant pigment has a particle diameter between approximately 1 μm and approximately 50 μm and is selected from at least one of a zinc phosphate-based pigment, a calcium phosphate-based pigment, a magnesium phosphate-based pigment, a zinc molybdate-based pigment, a calcium molybdate-based pigment, an aluminum phosphomolibdate-based pigment and a zinc cyanamide-based pigment.

The plate according to claim 2 , wherein the rust-resistant pigment has a particle diameter between approximately 1 μm and approximately 50 μm and is selected from at least one of a zinc phosphate-based pigment, a calcium phosphate-based pigment, a magnesium phosphate-based pigment, a zinc molybdate-based pigment, a calcium molybdate-based pigment, an aluminum phosphomolibdate-based pigment and a zinc cyanamide-based pigment.

The plate according to claim 14 , wherein the rust-resistant pigment has a particle diameter between approximately 1 μm and approximately 50 μm and is selected from at least one of a zinc phosphate-based pigment, a calcium phosphate-based pigment, a magnesium phosphate-based pigment, a zinc molybdate-based pigment, a calcium molybdate-based pigment, an aluminum phosphomolibdate-based pigment and a zinc cyanamide-based pigment.
18 . A laminated-type metal gasket material plate, comprising:
a metal plate having two sides; a rubber layer; a layer of a surface preparation agent free from hexavalent chromium and including trivalent chromium, the layer being coated on at least one side of the plate; and an adhesive layer attaching the rubber layer and provided on the layer of the surface preparation agent, wherein both the adhesive layer and the rubber layer contain a rust-resistant pigment.
19 . A laminated-type metal gasket material plate, comprising:
a metal plate having two sides; a rubber layer; a layer of a surface preparation agent free from hexavalent chromium, the layer being coated on at least one side of the plate; and an adhesive layer attaching the rubber layer and provided on the layer of the surface preparation agent, the adhesive layer being formed of an adhesive agent selected from one of:
a phenol resin-based adhesive agent; and
a phenol resin and epoxy resin mixed-based adhesive agent, the adhesive agent including at least one of phenol modified epoxy resin, novolac type phenol resin, and resole type phenol resin; and
