Abstract
An electrode foil includes a structure a structure in which metal particles and ceramic particles, which primarily include at least one of valve metal particles having a dielectric constant and ceramic particles, are deposited on a surface of a metal foil.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An electrode foil comprising a structure in which metal particles and ceramic particles, which primarily include at least one of valve metal particles having a dielectric constant and ceramic particles, are deposited on a surface of a metal foil.
2 .- 3 . (canceled)
4 . The electrode foil according to claim 1 , wherein the ceramic particles are composed of an oxide, a nitride, or a carbide; the oxide, the nitride, and the carbide have a dielectric constant of 10 or more.
5 . The electrode foil according to claim 1 , wherein the ceramic particles have a particle size of 500 nm or less.
6 .- 10 . (canceled)
11 . A method for manufacturing an electrode foil, comprising:
placing an aluminum foil, a surface of which is subjected to etching treatment, in a film-forming chamber of an aerosol chamber; aerosolizing ceramic powder; and spraying the aerosolized ceramic powder onto the aluminum foil placed in the film-forming chamber so as to deposit ceramic particles on the aluminum foil.
12 . A method for manufacturing an electrode foil, comprising:
placing an aluminum foil, a surface of which is subjected to etching treatment, in a film-forming chamber of an aerosol chamber; aerosolizing a mixture of aluminum powder and ceramic powder; and spraying the aerosolized mixture of the aluminum powder and the ceramic powder onto the aluminum foil placed in the film-forming chamber so as to deposit aluminum particles and ceramic particles on the aluminum foil.
13 . An electrolytic capacitor comprising:
an anode foil composed of a metal with a valve action, a cathode layer, and an electrolyte layer interposed between the anode foil and the cathode layer, wherein the anode foil has on a surface thereof a dielectric oxide film layer formed by depositing particles having a dielectric constant.
14 . (canceled)
15 . The electrolytic capacitor according to claim 13 , wherein the anode foil is a flat rolled aluminum foil or an aluminum foil having a rough, etched surface; and
the particles having a dielectric constant in layer deposited on the anode foil are valve metal particles composed primarily of a valve metal.
16 . The electrolytic capacitor according to claim 15 , wherein the particles having a dielectric constant in the layer deposited on the anode foil further contain ceramic particles composed of primarily a ceramic.
17 . The electrolytic capacitor according to claim 16 , wherein the ceramic particles are composed of an oxide, a nitride or a carbide; the oxide, the nitride, and the carbide have a dielectric constant of 10 or more.
18 .- 23 . (canceled)
24 . The electrolytic capacitor of claim 16 , wherein the ceramic particles have a particle size of 500 nm or less.
25 .- 27 . (canceled)Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
