Image data processing device

Abstract

An image data processing device includes: a basic image data acquisition device that acquires basic image data; a simplified image data generation device that generates simplified image data corresponding to the basic image data which has been acquired, a size of the simplified image data being smaller than that of the basic image data; a transmission device that transmits at least the basic image data to an external storage device; and an internal storage device that stores the simplified image data without storing the basic image data.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A mobile device comprising:
 a controller configured to:
 store a plurality of a first type of image data in a first memory; 
 control to delete at least one of the plurality of first type of image data in response to a manipulation by a user; 
 output a delete command signal corresponding to a command associated with the manipulation; 
 transmit the delete command signal to an external storage device; and 
 control to delete the at least one of the plurality of first type of image data from the first memory after having received a delete completed signal from the external storage device, the external storage device deleting at least one of a plurality of second type of image data, each of the plurality of second type of image data corresponding to each of the plurality of the first type of image data, a size of each of the plurality of second type of image data being larger than a size of the corresponding each of the plurality of first type of image data, in response to the delete command signal received from the mobile device.
