Abstract
Cytokines and their receptors have proven usefulness in both basic research and as therapeutics. The present invention provides a new human cytokine receptor designated as “Zcytor14.”
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1. An isolated polynucleotide that encodes a Zcytor14 polypeptide comprising amino acid residues 21 to 452 of SEQ ID NO:2.
2. The isolated polynucleotide of claim 1 , wherein the polynucleotide comprises a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of: SEQ ID NO:1 and SEQ ID NO:3.
3. The isolated polynucleotide of claim 1 , wherein the polynucleotide encodes a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of:
(a) amino acid residues 21 to 677 of SEQ ID NO:2, and
(b) amino acid residues 1 to 692 of SEQ ID NO:2.
4. The isolated polynucleotide of claim 1 , wherein the encoded polypeptide consists of an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of:
(a) amino acid residues 21 to 452 of SEQ ID NO:2,
(b) amino acid residues 21 to 677 of SEQ ID NO:2, and
(c) amino acid residues 1 to 692 of SEQ ID NO:2.
5. An isolated polynucleotide consisting of a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of: (a) SEQ ID NO:1, and (b) SEQ ID NO:3.
6. An isolated polynucleotide that encodes a fusion protein, said fusion protein comprising:
amino acid residues 21 to 452 of SEQ ID NO:2; and
an immunoglobulin heavy chain constant region.
7. The isolated polynucleotide of claim 6 , wherein the immunoglobulin heavy chain constant region is an F c fragment.
8. The isolated polynucleotide of claim 7 , wherein the F c fragment is a human F c fragment.
9. An isolated polynucleotide that encodes a polypeptide comprising at least 100 contiguous amino acid residues of the polypeptide consisting of amino acid residues 21 to 452 of SEQ ID NO:2.Cited by (0)
