Abstract

Cytokines and their receptors have proven usefulness in both basic research and as therapeutics. The present invention provides a new human cytokine receptor designated as “Zcytor16.”

1. An isolated heterodimeric receptor complex comprising an isolated soluble cytokine receptor polypeptide,
 wherein the isolated soluble cytokine receptor polypeptide consists of amino acid residues 28 to 231 of SEQ ID NO:2, and 
 wherein the isolated heterodimeric receptor complex further comprises a soluble zcytor11 polypeptide (SEQ ID NO:34). 
 
     
     
       2. An isolated heterodimeric receptor complex according to  claim 1 , wherein the heterodimeric receptor complex further comprises an affinity tag, chemical moiety, toxin, or label.
