wherein the accessory control section controls is configured to control the diaphragm interlocking mechanism driving portion so as to thereby move the diaphragm interlocking mechanism portion.
5. The adapter according to claim 2 3, wherein when the said interchangeable lens has an optical system control portion that controls an aperture diameter of the diaphragm provided in the interchangeable lens by driving the second driving section, the accessory control section controls is configured to control the optical system control portion in response to the common control command.
6. A camera system comprising:
an adapter according to claim 1 ;
the camera body mounted on the first mount section; and
thea said interchangeable lens mounted on the second mount section.
7. A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing an adapter control program for controlling operations of an adapter control section installed in an adapter including a first mount section that is detachably attached attachable to a camera body and a second mount section that is provided separately from the first mount section and is detachably attached attachable to any one of a plurality of types of interchangeable lenses of which methods of controlling a diaphragm are different from each other, the adapter control program comprising instructions for:
in response to a common control command receivable from the camera body, controlling athe diaphragm of the interchangeable lens in response to a common control command, which is received from the camera body, regardless of the type of the interchangeable lens mounted on the second mount sectionone of the plurality of different types of interchangeable lenses by physically manipulating an interlocking mechanism of the adapter and controlling the diaphragm of another of the plurality of different types of interchangeable lenses by way of electronic communication with the other lens.
8. An accessory comprising:
a first mount that is detachably attachable to a camera body; a second mount that is detachably and alternately attachable to a first interchangeable lens and to a second interchangeable lens of a different type than the first interchangeable lens, each of the first and second lenses having a diaphragm; and a controller configured to perform, based on a diaphragm control signal receivable from the camera body, a first diaphragm control by physically manipulating an interlocking mechanism of the accessory if the first interchangeable lens is attached to the second mount and a second diaphragm control by way of electronic communication with the lens if the second interchangeable lens is attached to the second mount.
9. The accessory according to claim 8, wherein
the interlocking mechanism is part of an actuator for moving the diaphragm of the first interchangeable lens, and if the first interchangeable lens is attached to the second mount, the controller is configured to control the actuator by the diaphragm control signal receivable from the camera body, and if the second interchangeable lens is attached to the second mount, the controller is configured to transmit to the second interchangeable lens the diaphragm control signal receivable from the camera body.
10. The accessory according to claim 9, wherein
the interlocking mechanism is a lever for moving the diaphragm of the first interchangeable lens; and the controller is configured to move the lever based on the diaphragm control signal receivable from the camera body if the first interchangeable lens is attached to the second mount.
11. The accessory according to claim 10, wherein
if the first interchangeable lens is mounted to the second mount, the controller is configured to move the lever such that an aperture value of the diaphragm of the first interchangeable lens is made to be an aperture value set in the camera body.
12. The accessory according to claim 8, wherein
the interlocking mechanism is a lever; the accessory further comprises an actuator that moves the lever, and if the first interchangeable lens is attached to the second mount, the controller is configured to control the actuator by the diaphragm control signal receivable from the camera body and, if the second interchangeable lens is attached to the second mount, the controller is configured to transmit to the second interchangeable lens the diaphragm control signal receivable from the camera body.
13. The accessory according to claim 9,
